Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Application Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return service from the date of delivery. You need to submit a return request through the “My Orders” section on our official website within 30 days from the date shown in the logistics record as delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
- The product must be in its original condition as received, unused, unopened, and with intact packaging, which does not affect its resale.
- If the product has quality issues, you need to provide clear photos or video evidence for us to verify.
- Products returned for personal reasons (such as flavor mismatch, wrong purchase, etc.) must also meet the above conditions of being unused and having intact packaging.
3. Return Process
- Log in to your official website account, go to the “My Orders” page, find the corresponding order, and click “Apply for After-sales Service”. Fill in the return reason and upload relevant evidence (if any).
- We will review your application within 3 working days after receiving it. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
- You need to send the product back within 5 days after the application is approved. Please use a safe and reliable logistics method when returning the product and keep the logistics tracking number.
4. Refund Rules
- For products that meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment service provider.
- If the return is due to product quality issues or our mistakes (such as wrong product delivery, missing product delivery, etc.), we will bear the return shipping fee; if the return is due to personal reasons, you shall bear the return shipping fee yourself.
- If the returned product is damaged, has signs of use, or affects its resale, we reserve the right to reject the return request or deduct the corresponding depreciation fee before processing the refund.
- If the package cannot be delivered and is returned due to your inaccurate delivery address or contact information, we will process the refund after deducting the shipping fee.
5. Special Notes
- Consumable products such as e-cigarette pods will not be accepted for return once opened or used.
- Products purchased during promotional activities shall be returned in accordance with the promotional rules, and full refund may not be supported.
- If your return request involves a free gift, you need to return the gift along with the product. Otherwise, we will deduct the corresponding value of the gift from the refund.
