IV. Adult signature confirmation
According to federal regulations, all packages containing e-cigarette-related products must utilize adult signature confirmation service (21+) during delivery. The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon receipt to verify age. If the package is returned due to the absence of a qualified recipient, we will process a refund for you, but a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost for this delivery will be deducted.
V. Logistics Responsibility Description
If the package is lost, damaged, or delayed due to operational errors by the logistics provider or force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, sudden changes in customs policies, etc.), we will assist you in communicating and negotiating with the logistics provider, but we will not bear direct liability for compensation.
